 What is Tuneagers?
"When I was 15 years old living in a small town and trying to learn how to play the guitar and write songs, I had nowhere to turn to learn how to do it. I wanted a group of kids like me, a mentor to answer my questions, and a live music venue. Tuneagers is the community I wish I had then!" âAimee Bobruk, founder at Tuneagers
Hi! My name is Aimee and I'm a professional musician, songwriter, and music teacher with over 15 years experience in the music industry. I split my time between Austin, Texas, and Copenhagen, Denmark, and have written and released multiple albums of original music. I also collaborate with publishing companies and artists as a lyricist and melody writer. In 2015, my song, âBlack Swan,â was performed in Eurovision's Melodifestivalen in Sweden. I have over 25 co-writes released worldwide and two Grammy nominations. Recently, I was the Arts Education Director for an online world-wide community of self-directed learners. Helping design arts based virtual classes spurred me to launch my passion projectâTuneagers! As far as I know, we are the first online songwriting community exclusively for teens. I can't wait to write, hang out, and create something with you!
